To support your child's participation in the YIS Dream Cambodia trip, we need a copy of their passport for travel arrangements and documentation purposes.

Important Information:

• Please upload a clear, legible photo or scan of your child's passport information page
• All passport information will be stored securely and used solely for trip-related purposes
• Passport copies will be permanently deleted from our systems after the completion of the Dream Cambodia trip
• If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact the trip coordinators
