Chowa Yearbook Forwarding

This service is available only for students who are withdrawing from YIS during the school year.

Each YIS student receives one complimentary yearbook.

If you would like your child’s yearbook forwarded to you, please select the appropriate region below.

Before You Order

Please read carefully:

• One book per YIS student – The quantity selector indicates how many yearbooks you would like to ship. You may only order one book per withdrawing YIS student.
• Select the correct region – Choose the shipping option that matches your delivery country.
• Shipping address – During checkout, please ensure that the shipping address entered is the correct delivery address for the yearbook. 
  

Pickup at YIS

If you would prefer to pick up the yearbook at YIS, or arrange for someone to pick it up on your behalf, please contact us directly to make arrangements. You do not need to place a forwarding order in this case.

If a Region Shows as “Not Available”

If the forwarding option for your region appears as Not Available, please ensure that:

1. You are logged in to odoo.yis.ac.jp using your YIS school-issued account, and
2. You have already communicated with the school regarding your child’s withdrawal from YIS.

Access to yearbook forwarding is limited to families who meet these conditions.
