Register for YIS Summer Programs 2025
Welcome! Use this page to register your child(ren) for the YIS Summer Programs. To sign up, please add the appropriate program to your cart:
- For children entering Kindergarten through Grade 5 in the 2025–26 school year, choose the Elementary School Summer Program.
- For students entering Grades 6 through 12 in the 2025–26 school year, choose the Middle & High School Summer Program.
Each program allows you to select courses and options during the checkout process.
Registering Multiple Children?
Simply add one product to your cart for each child, selecting the correct program based on their grade in the 2025–26 school year. For example, if one child is entering Grade 2 and another is entering Grade 7, add both the Elementary and the Middle & High School programs to your cart.
Final Step: Checkout & Payment
Once all children have been added to your cart, proceed to checkout to complete your registration:
- Enter your billing and contact information.

On the next screen, you’ll be asked to enter the full names and 2025–26 school year grades of all children you’re registering. Please use this format:
John Smith (G1), Abby Smith (G7) -
Complete your payment to secure your child’s spot.
Credit card payment is preferred, but if you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact summer@yis.ac.jp.
