Commuter Certificate Request Form

NOTE: Please submit separate requests for each child that will require a commuting pass.


Please fill in the form below to request and/or update your child's student ID for purchasing a discounted student commuter pass. 

If you have changed addresses, please submit a Household Profile Update via your Parent Portal first. We are unable to issue commuter certificates unless the address listed matches the one in your child's student record.


Train passes are issued for 1, 3 or 6 months. You do not need to submit another request form for the current academic year unless your address changes. 
When the pass expires during the school year, it can be renewed at the station by simply presenting the student ID card.

 Requests will be processed within 1 to 3 school days (or up to 5 school days during busy administration periods) and will be distributed in homeroom.
